Newbold lets herself down again by historical inaccuracies and shoddy research.
She does however always write well so it’s easy to read.
More of a novella as it’s so short.
I have such a love/hate relationship with this author. I’ve never read books by someone that branch right across the spectrum in terms of how I feel about them.
