Incredibly interesting concept and amazing execution. I didn't have a great experience with it because I read the ebook version and I struggle with ebooks, which is unfair to the book, I know. But overall I think this is really well written. I loved the photos and every time I read a part of this book, I was struck with inspiration to send a postcard, write a letter, or just develop my relationship with another person. But the problem with that is that it would make me stop reading and do something else instead, which delayed me from finishing it. Oops!
I must say though, at some point I was asking myself "how many items could one couple have?" But a lot of it was paper so I suppose it doesn't take as much space as I may visualise.
I dislike Hal and want to be friends with Lenore, and I'm kind of sad that it ended the way it did, personally I would have advised her otherwise. And I would have come over to taste test her cakes. Seriously, who says no to cake?!?
I think this would be a great coffee table book. I'd recommend it to people who like writing or receiving letters or postcards.
