What a great novel, that’s so multi-layered and rich with backstories for each of the main characters and which helps you understand why they ended up the way they did and what lead them to those decisions. It’s a story led by strong women characters who you might not always agree with their choices, but you understand why they made them.
Graphic: Abortion, Fire/Fire injury, and Classism
Moderate: Infertility, Miscarriage, Racism, Xenophobia, Medical content, Kidnapping, Cultural appropriation, Toxic friendship, and Abandonment
