Daring Greatly was the first book I read by Brown.
The others all seem to have similar ideas and conclusions. She definitely has a theme.
This one is good because she talks about some of her personal struggles, which portrays the practicality of her methods.
Nothing new here if you’ve read some of her other books…but still very good and worth reading.
