for some reason, this one didn’t ~hit~ quite as much as the others have, but i enjoyed the time traveling aspect and i’m excited that it seems we’re f i n a l l y going to discover the secret in the next book. and everyone’s reactions to cass being in a “coma” really hit me in the soul. so that was good.

and i also enjoyed the insider knowledge that max-ernest is probably pseudonymous bosch… very interesting 4th wall break.
