Muscles & Monsters by Ashley Bennett

In a world where monsters and humans coexist freely, Tegan and Atlas meet by mere chance of life after a small cake accident. Both have an instant curiosity to know about the other, their differences eventually making them a perfect match. Unable to resist, Tegan joins the gym where Atlas works and trains, determined to gain strength and also keep in touch with the Wolven she's attracted to.

Personally, I didn't have high expectations with the story. But, surprisingly it was more entertaining than I thought it would be. I liked Muscles & Monsters sooo much, it has a very good mix of sweetness and spice, acceptance and a little bit of drama.

It touches on sensitive issues about toxic relationships and insecurities about physique, which made me appreciate Atlas a whole lot more. He's a very lovable wolf and has a tail that wags based on his emotions. A sweetheart. Tegan is a determined and strong-willed woman, also very confident, willing to defend her wolf with claws if necessary. She fascinated me.
