...then boy do I have a book for YOU!

It’s my way of saying this.  This may be the most brilliant book I have read in the last ten years.  It’s not for everyone.

The audiobook is so well done- multiple voices and the actors have a wonderful way to articulate things. They read scripture I have memorized and have never heard or read in this way.

It was like hearing the Bible again for the first time.  They use a voice changer like kidnappers do when demanding their child back.   If you are on the fence, do the audio book.

I have said this many, many times…. But queer people of faith are the absolute MOST faithful.  The church has not been kind to them.  So to maintain this faith is miraculous, and their voices need to be centered in our Christian conversation.  We have so much to learn from them.

Five stars, minus one star for smut

(I always minus a star for smut, and to not do so for Dayspring would be inconsistent)
