Any Dream Will Do, by Debbie Macomber

3.0

3.5 Stars. Any Dream Will Do by Debbie Macomber is a typical Macomber story. A nice, easy read with mostly likable characters. Shay Benson is a young woman who made a bad decision that cost her 3 years of her life. Drew is a pastor with two young children who lost his wife to cancer. The two meet and fall in love. Along the way, they face a series of obstacles, the biggest being her ex-boyfriend, Shooter, who is a drug dealing convict, and her ne’er do well brother, Cade. Of course, as in most Macomber books, right triumphs in the end. And don’t get me wrong, there’s a reason I have read so many Macomber novels. They are always full of hope, and faith, and kindness and especially love.
