The Lost Hero: The Graphic Novel by Robert Venditti, Rick Riordan

3.0

The art was decent for this one and the story was also engaging; I also like the new characters and the introduction of the Roman counterparts of the Greek gods and heroes. However, these graphic novels do come off as a little too wordy and sometimes the transitions just aren't that smooth. I honestly thought I had skipped a page or two because it appeared parts of the story had just jumped into a completely different scene or scenario with little to no explanation. It's a bummer to see that the rest of this series has yet to be adapted into GNs but I'll head on over to Son of Neptune anyways and see where the story goes from here!
