This is officially my favourite book of this series. Just amazing.
the world-building, the characters the plot, as always just perfect
The Tia Aurans, vardaesia, its all so beautiful, and by the way the first quote just *chefs kiss*
"The sky was falling. Millions of stars streaked across the horizon, like tears weeping in the midnight void."
The gates, the tests, the group, the characters, just everything
and the grand finale. what an amazing end to the series. this book really does love to rip your heart out, tear it into pieces, stamp it to the ground, and then casually put it back. I will not recover from this book lmao
Overall in the series, I love the images it gives me. its all just so magical and beautiful, I could spend LIFETIMES looking at the scenery, and I would still be in awe.
What else can I say but 5 stars
