To be honest, this is the first book that I have ever read by Carian Cole so I didn't know what to expect. I read the blurb and it intrigued me to read the book even tho this is the sixth book of the entire Ashes & Embers series.
[Opinion ✍️] I have to say that this is one of the best novels I have ever read in my entire life! I'm not kidding. I have read hundreds of romance novel but this book is one of my top 3. It was extremely amazing!!!! I couldn't count how many times I have to close the book and took my breathe before continuing. The amount of angst is just perfect and there are times where I teared up while reading this book. Man, the amount of effort that Asher took for Ember is just asdfghjkl!!! (Can't describe my feelings
