The Billionaire Wins the Game by Melody Anne
1.0
I'm not really sure where to start... The concept is cute and I must admit I rather liked Joseph, so the intro through his eyes held promise.
But everything else? There was so little thought put into the actions and words of each character - motivations were non-existent and tropes that I normally love were so badly done here. What was intended as charming naivety in this book was willful stupidity, alpha intensity was replaced by psychotic cruelty and I don't think a wedding has ever annoyed me quite so much.
This was a freebie - my dad always says that if you get something for nothing it's not worth having... and this kind of book proves his point.
