I am a sucker for a nautical pirate adventure and this story delivered. I absolutely fell in love with Amina and her crew and the storyline. I loved the inclusion of a transgender character who could express themselves to Amina and not be judged and then joining the crew under a name that fits them more than their birth name ever did was such a great ending.
