I liked a lot of things that happened in this book, or I guess I should say I liked how some things were handled.
But then. Leon was stupid. He couldn’t put his own baggage with his father aside, or he couldn’t recognize it enough to realize his judgment might not be the best, so he wasn’t helping.
Gaia was stupid. She had no idea how to be a leader. She walked into every. single. trap.
And then there wasn’t any kind of resolution. It acted like there was, but there wasn’t.
