It's been a while since I've read a book that kept me intrigued from start to finish. This was a breathe of fresh air. A gem.
This is a fantastic book of fantasy. The world-building, politics, magic system, caste system, EVERYTHING was well thought out and written to move the plot. It is absolutely amazing!
Heading on to read Book 2 because that cliffhanger was mind blowing.
Also like the fact that this is not a romantasy. We definitely need a break from those!
