I'm surprised this wasn't a winner for me! While moderately enjoyable with an interesting fantasy world, I wasn't hooked. I could put it down and not pick it back up. At around 70% in, things picked up and I really enjoyed it. Read the first for bookclub, likely won't continue to series.
