Honestly, with less language, this would be five stars.
I enjoyed the dual timelines, the perspective switching, and the twists and reveals.
To know someone dies but not who until well into the book is a fun device. Kinda fun to guess who the victim would be. And you can't really guess the murderer until you know the victim, so your guesswork gets naturally divided into bits.
Things were well foreshadowed which always makes a book better. I semi-consciously connected the various women's experiences, but finding out Will was the common denominator was still exciting. Man, that guy sucked.
Another novel that asks the question, isn't some murder justified though?
