A book I saw in the bookstore and bought based on its title and premise. AND I loved it! I had something to highlight or underline or tab on every page. It sent me on so many research rabbit holes and reminded me how much I love art history.
Yes, it does get a little bit repetitive with each case study, but I personally think that it emphasises the sheer amount of inequality women suffered from and still do suffer from.
