Avengers: The Children's Crusade by Allan Heinberg

4.0

Overly complicated. And I just don't find anything about The Scarlet Witch to like - not her superhero name, her powers, or costume or even appearance - actually I do like her actual name. But this book filled in the holes between House of M and afterwards. And did a good enough job explaining who the Young Avengers are. And the various guest stars, whether X-Men or Avenger, actually looks and to some degree acted like themselves - except Logan. Wolverine must be really hard to write for and draw. He's not nearly the maniac that he is written as sometimes. They don't do nearly as bad with Logan as in other books but he's still a bit off.
