worth the hypeeeee. so beautifully written. it can feel a bit long at times because it does focus on a 10-year war, but when it picks up it really picks up, and the writing style itself is the type to make you stop and reread a sentence because it's such unique imagery. really cared for the characters and believed the epic nature of their chemistry. leagues better than circe imo!
