Yeah this series just was not for me. I liked the world but the characters did nothing for me. The only times I really cared was when it involved Alyssa’s family. Like the first half of this book I enjoyed because both the love interests weren’t there, it was just her and her dad. But the second half was just Jeb and Morpheus hanging around and I was like ugh can they go away again. And the ending…

Spoiler You’re telling me she didn’t have to pick a guy, she got to have both. Omg. “I get to spend my mortal life with you and then when I’m old I’ll go back to Wonderland and become young again and spend the rest of my life with the other one.” And they were both cool with that. I can think of one other series where that happened and I didn’t actually mind it because they all had a profound love for each other and it wasn’t just one of them waiting around for the other to kick the bucket.

Honestly Alyssa should have just ruled Wonderland alone, she don’t need a man.
