Your Heart Belongs To Me by Dean Koontz

3.0

On the fence with this one. It is very much readable, with plot lines and red herrings and thrilling mysteries to keep you hooked all the way through, but nonetheless falls slightly flat for me.

The main character is not particularly likeable nor the opposite, a detriment to the book's entire narrative. The story itself has twists and turns and suspense galore, a quality I enjoyed, but it ends poorly for me.

I enjoyed the writing as a whole, the brain-storming the book encouraged me to partake in throughout, but very much a take-it-or-leave-it one for the shelf.
