Overall I loved this series but this was my least favorite. If it had ended after 3 books, it would’ve felt complete. This one kinda felt like it was trying too hard.

after rooting for them the whole time, I really wanted them to officially end up together and not have to hope that they’d have a romantic future. Watching them both make decisions for their future regardless of a relationship was nice but sad at the same time. I know they end up together, but when you’re that invested in a relationship, a celebration at the end would be nice.
