The Bird Eater, by Ania Ahlborn

3.0

Overall, I found The Bird Eater to be a bit of a disappointment. While the premise had potential, the execution fell short for me. The characters were not fully fleshed out and their motivations were unclear. The supernatural elements, while intriguing, didn't fully make sense in the context of the story. While there were some tense and chilling moments, they were not enough to carry the narrative for me. For fans of haunted house stories, this book may still be worth a read, but for me it was just okay.
