Seeds of Sorrow by Elle Beaumont, Christis Christie

5.0

I had been waiting to read this book since I first read the synopsis. An alternate take on Hades and Persephone, Seeds of Sorrow enchants from the first chapter. The world building is astounding, the characters easy to fall for, and the villain rotten to the core. Watching Eden grow from a timid, sheltered fae to the Match to the Dark King is amazing. I loved the interactions of the three brothers and am curious to see Eden’s relationship with the royal family unfold. I didn’t want the story to end and cannot wait for book two!
