Existentialism from Dostoevsky to Sartre: Basic Writings of Existentialism by Kaufmann, Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, Jaspers, Heidegger, and Others by

4.0

I only read the introductory essay because I plan to go on to read the other existentialist works anyway (already started Notes From Underground). I found the essay to be very useful in explaining and comparing the different existentialists - although of course, through the perspective of Walter Kaufmann's interpretations of the different works. He paints a vivid image of the different personalities of each philosopher and I can't help being curious to see if and how my own view of them differs.
