I can't believe I'm giving almost four stars to a Julia Quinn novel but here I am. This book was good, actually. If you're not a romance reader the sex scenes will be cringey and there's a two points where First Nations Americans are referred to as "savages" that Julia Quinn didn't need to put in the book but other than that this was a really good read. George is not a rake and Billie is such a refreshing main character.
