My Oxford Year by Julia Whelan

5.0

When you learn your favorite narrator is more than a narrator. She is a phenomenal author.

As someone who did grad school abroad, I had to pick this up and I knew nothing about it. And I spent the last hour of the audiobook crying but good it was amazing. It had a midpoint lull and this felt like a character study with a pinch of when life gives you lemons.
