Trouble at Brayshaw High by Meagan Brandy

4.0

What. Just. Happened.

No, seriously.

Meagan Brandy has done it again with the cliffhanger! Each and every word was not only worth the wait but exceeded my expectations. More drama. More raw. More real. I didn't think I would love any book this year more than the first one, but this may just have topped that spot.

Raven is queen. Quite literally. You get more of her deeper feelings and badass self. This book gives her recklessness more to work with and in doing so, you see how deep her feelings and loyalty toward the boys go. Her asserting herself as queen though.... priceless and AMAZING! Take everything they set you up for girl. We support you 100%.

Maddoc... if it is even possible became more alpha, more possessive, more sexy, and way more exposed. This book contains a whole lot more of his POV and it takes the development and plot that much further into "I am never going to recover" territory. Cap and Royce deserve ever second spent on them and I am so so curious about Cap and what is going to happen next. He is far more intuitive than the other two boys and it definitely showed throughout the book (but special attention paid in the first and final chapters).

Overall, this book was incredible... and now I am again (im)patiently waiting for the next book. If you have not picked up this series yet and love a great enemies to lovers story with plot twists and drama galore, what. are. you. waiting. for?!?!
