Man, Center really puts her characters through the ringer, but the endings are so worth it!
What an interesting story. Sadie acquired a condition known as ‘face blindness’ where she can’t distinguish/or make out faces. She can see just fine but her brain can’t cognitively put together the pieces of a face. It was really fascinating to learn about this condition (nearly 3% of the population have it and while a small number that’s still millions of people!)
Also the moment I REALIZED… I started cackling like a mad woman. Center is truly such an amazing author and her stories fill you with so much happiness ❤️
