I would say not to bother with this manga if you've played the game (which I have). It doesn't add anything too drastic to the story overall. The whole theme of 'your answer' is beaten over the head, though I'm pretty sure that's how it was in the game too. Unless you intend to play the game, I wouldn't even recommend this manga as your sole experience. The volumes are so damn expensive (thanks, Seven Seas) and offer little except the admittedly beautiful artwork that stays true to the video game characters. If you don't have the time to play the game, don't even bother. Go read/play Tales of Berseria instead.

It seems that one major change to the manga was that, in the ending, Sorey actually dies instead of randomly appearing back in Elysia when Mikleo goes to visit the ruins.
