I re-read this book in anticipation of the final book in the trilogy. I liked the plot and Harper was a great heroine. I didn’t want to like Rhen at first but after awhile I did start to like him. I did like this book but it wasn’t earth shattering. I own the series because someone bought this book for me and I would like to complete the series. While I did enjoy the characters there aren’t ones that will live in my heart forever like some.

I was worried the author was going to start a love triangle with Rhen and Grey but she didn’t. This is a romance book but there is only a few kisses between Rhen and Harper so it’s very pg-13 and YA reader appropriate.

There is very little language in this book: hells and maybe a damn.
