This book was everything. After sitting thru ATOR this book was so worth it. Persephone has matured from her past mistakes and has recognized her trauma. She’s a lot easier to process. Watching her progress an growth was absolutely amazing. She’s embraced the darkness in her self an is healing from her trauma from both her mom and her close abduction an rape. Hades an her fit so well together an to watch them fall deeper an deeper was breathtaking. The ending tho is what has me, hades trapped with Persephones wedding ring an Persephone crushed by the weight of allowing the certain someone’s to be released from the underworld. Over all a great book an I do not ready for the long wait till the fourth book comes out next year.
