Twisted Fate by R.E. Bond

This part was a bit better than the first book in the series, I dont know if its because I got used to the writing style or what.

Plot-wise, it was a lot better than the first book, where there was some semblance of a plot present.

Unfortunately, complaints from the first book still stand; it read like a wattpad book, the relationships are all over the place, people are suddenly falling in love when they've barely hung out enough to develop a relationship.

That also goes to friendships as well; when one of the characters died, it was all like, "omg how will *blank* deal with it, they were best friends," when we've never, not once, seen them interact other than in passing?

Also, dont even get me started on how childish the characters are? I dont feel like the author has done enough research to accurately write these characters with all the supposed trauma they carry. It's either that, or their writing is just not strong enough to portray the characters how they want them to be portrayed. The characters just seem very 2 dimensional to me, which is a disappointment, because I wouldve loved to empathise with them.

I dont know what's gonna happen in the next book... am I gonna read it? Probably? Am I gonna enjoy it? Probably not? Why will I read it? I have no clue, maybe because the potential malexmale relationships in the book intrigue me?
