There were a lot of revelations that I know in theory should’ve made me react in some way, but unfortunately, the way they were written (either the English, the nuance, the pacing etc) was such that it wasn’t executed well. As a result, I feel like there were a lot of parts that I personally did not understand with regard to the story.

A lot of additions of characters at random timings too, merely out of convenience. And I also didn’t like how the characters were portrayed as vanilla, only for the author to suddenly make sexual references out of absolutely nowhere; it ruins my picture of them actually.

Overall, not a very well thought out story and I might not proceed with the other two instalments in the series.
