With two playful cats, and a limited budget I like to come up with free ways to give them something new. And considering that cats have the tendency to lose interest in toys pretty darn quick....
Unfortunately this book doesn't have anything revolutionary. There are plenty of the basics, how to drag the toy across the floor to get the cat interested and that they love feather and whatever else. But not quite what I was looking for. The toilet paper tubes game is probably the best idea, but I have seen it before. Still, definitely worth a look if you're interested. I also liked the catnip pillow, and I figure I could pick up a pillow case at the thrift store and stuff and catnip it and see if the cat was interested, although I could see it loosing their interest pretty quickly as well.
Still, if you can grab it from the library like I did, totally worth it. Or just page through it at a bookstore. Probably not worth buying unless some project really jumps out at you.
