*Disclaimer: I have read most of JLA’s works, so I know what to expect from her writing style.
I wasn’t a huge fan of this one. Did I think the story was interesting? Absolutely. But it was slow, I wasn’t a huge fan of the dialogue, and I was expecting more spice than it gave. I’ll still continue with the series, but I think this book could’ve been much shorter than it was and worked better.
