Reasonable sequel to the original supplement, though some of the material skirts close to just restating Lovecraftian (or more specifically Derlethian) racism without analysing it (or analysing it in a rather clumsy way), whilst other parts rely so much on Ramsey Campbell ideas that they really should have given him more of an acknowledgement.
