I cried every two chapters.

I am in a period of grief myself and this book has so many beautiful and comforting things to say, so many incredibly warm and soft things that can teach you so much about how to go on living. That pain and grief are so much part of being human. They change you and sometimes it can be borne and sometimes it can’t.

But going on and being kind… that’s where the magic of humankind comes in, where we may surprise our broken hearts and start healing with every step.

There is so much hope in here as well, so much hope for something that surpasses our understanding at the end of things.

I think everyone should read this book. It’s balm for the soul.
