It wasn’t a disappointing read but this one is definitely the weakest of the three books.
The continued mystery behind Croft and Russ wasn’t all that shocking. I was invested in Ayer’s and Baker’s relationship but there’s barely any romance between them in this book. Tilda cheating on Cash and Cash taking her back made me feel iffy, but it’s realistic I guess
The book still has some intense moments that make you flip through various pages in one sitting. This makes the book salvageable.
