This was gripping and shocking and just overall so well done. I read this in about a day because of how quickly the author pulls you in with their writing. This type of horror was not what I was expecting
I felt like I was being gaslit by Avery the whole time. She is not intelligent and just seems like she wants attention. I do not blame her for kyle’s actions but how could she just keep ignoring every red flag?!? And I dont get how she could call Paige Evil when she was the most normal person in the whole damn book? I felt like there were a lot of inconsistencies in the beginning and that many scenes didnt feel fully fleshed out throughout the story. I cannot say I liked or disliked this book, but it was for sure entertaining and a quick read.
Least likeable characters in this series so far… i did not care about Grace or Luther at all. They had no actual chemistry outside of their psych talents (and sex) it felt like…

Just when you think you’ve got it solved, scratch it out and realize youve got it all wrong. This was so well written! I tried to come to my own conclusions and making my own suspect list alongside Pips and I still got the ending wrong! I found myself stuck to this book

I read this book back in 5th grade and remembered how scared it was when our teacher showed the videos. I wanted to reminisce and god this broughht back memories. I loved the Skeleton Creek books as a kid. Obviously now over 15 years later theyre a bit silly but I still enjoyed this a quick read

Haunting of Hill House was a creepy and kooky little book. It was a quick read and pretty good but because of it’s kookiness it tended to be confusing and had me having to just draw my own conclusions of what was even really happening. I dont think that was really a bad thing though as it adds to the actual mystery of Hill House. I think it was all very purposeful. I found myself actually relating to Eleanor even though I felt like they didnt want us to like her.
