Emily has done it again! This book was so brilliant and I found it really healing.... as someone who has experience s/a and non consensual acts this book really spoke to me about the importance of taking back your power... also how important having a support system around you when shit hits the fan basically...the spice was extra spicey in this one....I can't wait to read more from this brilliant author.

I stayed up all night reading this book I could not put it down...i don't know how you manage to produce so many top notch books in such a short amount of time but I live for it... your books especially this one are just the right amount of spice and the characters make me so happy. This book was triggering in some areas so check your trigger warnings but I mean she became a survivor so in the end I felt inspired :)

I absolutely devoured this book in 1 hour could not put it down... the spice was just to good to ignore and to know isadora finally got her happy ending makes me so so happy

This book is anything you could want in a hockey romance.. i would have preferred more spice...but these two were just way to adorable I could not put the book down. It was light and funny and in some moments even brought a tear to my eye. I love a good hockey romance and this definitely exceeded my expectations...was a perfect escape from reality :)

This book started off really good and I was intrigued but as it went on I felt like it was dragging.. I definitely feel like I forced myself to finish it. The character development was good don't get me wrong I just feel like the plot of the story got abit lost on me by the end of it.
This is a dark romance so please check your triggers if you wish to dive in... it also involves stepbrother and sister so if that is not your vibe then I wouldn't recommend... I will probably not continue on with this as it is a duet and personally I didn't enjoy it the whole way through but please don't let that determine whether you continue as somethings are not for everybody ❤️❤️. I gave three stars as even tho I didn't enjoy the whole book the spice was good when it happened I would say a medium burn 🌶🌶🌶 three chilly spices for me
