This book was an interesting twist on dark romance, the background around beliefs, and the soul stealing vice that love can offer.  I really enjoyed having more of the MMC in this book as you don’t see that often and it was a nice change in pace.  The internal tension between the two characters was beautifully illustrated and really brought the dynamic together.  I look forward to the next book.

Brooklyn. Brooklyn. Brooklyn.

I was freaking REELING this whole dang book.  Up until the end.  What are you cooking in that brain of yours because girl.  I. Am. So. Mad.  How could you do this to me! Granted the spice that kicked up in this book but you TEASED with some hot possibilities.  I really hope those fantasies are fulfilled in Rook, or I might cry.

BUT!

This was a freaking amazing book and I absolutely loved it.  NASH IS STILL MINE, I have laid my claim *devils grin*.  I hope everyone reads this series because you will 10000000% be hooked once you start it.  The kings are oozing arrogant seggs appeal and you will wish you went to Wayward academy.  Intolerable Bishop was such an excellent and hot addition to the series.  I had to fan myself.

I really hope yall who read my reviews that you pick this up!

This was an excellent addition to the wrecked series.  When I wasn’t working I was absorbing this book and drinking it down like “red wine”.  It had me gripping my kindle so hard wondering what this dude would do next, like what the actual hale man? Where was this character going? Like, I knew how the two of them were going to end up but man… the build up? The tension? The absolute bonkery that happened? Y’all outdid yourselves.  This is an incredible addition to spooky season. I hope you enjoy it.  Check the CWs always.  Like seriously read them, they are essential and should not be looked over.

I absolutely loved this addition to the Lasher brothers collection.  It kept you hooked from the moment you read the first page.  Unhinged MMC and strong FMC.  If you like a short fast burn full of “stamina” that will have you gripping your book for dear life and yelling obscenely at the things the MMC does that will leave you irate but kicking your feet at the same time then this book is for you.  I hope you enjoy Xavier’s sadistic comical personality as much as I did.  I hope you like a FMC that has no problem putting her taker in his place.  Because run doll, you won’t want to miss this!

This was such a good novella.  I was sucked in immediately.  I hope every darkling gets a chance to read Zoe and Zaines story and loves it as much as I did.  As it is a short read I won’t span into detail because I do not want to spoil it.  BUT.  I did love the chain of events that lead to the end and how everything mapped out.  This is a dark morally grey romance so please check the CWs.

This book was an interesting take on witches.  It did take me a bit longer to read as I’ve never read warm and cozy before but I did enjoy it.  The storyline was the main drive through the book but sprinkled with romance and found family.  I really loved the dynamic and banter between the MCs and the dual POV so you were constantly wondering what the MMC was thinking.

-By Tierney Alina Eddy

Are you ready? Like I mean are you really ready?

Check those CWs as they are ESSENTIAL for this read.

Consumption.  Where do I even start? Tierney I am so freaking proud of you for stepping out of your comfort zone on this one.  And I’m not saying that as your friend.  I’m saying that as a reader who LOVES vampire EVERYTHING!  You hit the ball out of the park on this one.  Home freaking run.  Proud of you girl.  I mean I’m always proud of you and love all your books but dang.  Words can’t express how much I loved this book. Seriously looking forward to the sequel.

On to the good stuff.

  • Vampires because who doesn’t love them.
  • Smut lots and lots of vampire smut.  Enjoy, and thank the queen of fast burn when you’re done.
  • Betrayal, angst, passion, devastation, degradation, praise.  *winky face*
  • Amazing plot points and twists.
  • I think that pet name is now my absolute favorite.
  • Uhm Bryce is hot. Like cold hearted morally grey bloodsucker hot.  Oh and he’s Targaryen blonde.  Need I say less.
  • Touch her and unalive.
  • Enemies to lovers.
  • This is NOT a slow burn.
  • This IS dark. Tread at your own risk.  Put it down if you can’t handle it.
  • Stabby FMC (Persephone) she’s a freaking legend.

I can’t wait for yall to read this paranormal mythology retelling of Hades and Persephone.  It had me by the imaginary sack.  Five freaking stars baby.  You earned this.

This was an AMAZING book.  It teaches you so much.  You learn how to set boundaries and to stick to them, how to express yourself in a healthy way.  And the list goes on.  I think this is also a good book for people who loved Fourth Wing and Zodiac Academy.  Strong and resilient FMC, dragon daddy MMC, and amazing children with so many different personalities and abilities.

It talks about setting boundaries for the kids and to let them come to terms with talking through their feelings and frustrations.

I’ve never read a book that has allowed such acceptance and expression of feelings for children for young adults for adults being taught by adults written for adults.

It’s about a woman who was tricked into leaving the earth plane to another dimension (fantasy very ZA) to be a counselor for children after a tragic death at the school.  Everyone hates her and belittles her but she stands resilient against them and starts dishing it back (very Tory) (ALSO NOT SPOILERS FOR ZA BECAUSE THIS IS TALKED ABOUT IN BLURBS) she puts the kids first and finds ways to help them. Help them cope help them find ways to exist in a world that nothing but cruel.  Shows them the love and compassion they were never offered in life by their peers by their parents.  It’s an emotional ride and is a Romantasy but I think you’ll love it.

Absolutely flawless execution.  Not all nice guy finish last, even with a tabby FMC for a love interest.

I absolutely adored this book, and look forward to more.  Just when I thought I had the plot figured out, I was completely wrong and thrown for a loop.  This dark romance will have you gripping your seat from start to finish.  I never knew what the author was going to throw out at me but I couldn’t get enough.
