now, that's something.... I mean, SOMETHING, the book is amazing, it's like nostalgia encapsulated in a story, but how at the same time it portraits such characters completely full of themselves? wow, it's good and bad... oh, god, idk

I'm not even gonna come about the main love interest, cause I'm the minority on this topic so I assume I might be the wrong (unfortunately)

the cristian lovestory I wasn't expecting, but God bless nicholas sparks for the good writing 🙏

it feels like a menace, me, an atheist, judge this book, it was good, but it took me time, so I had to rush through it, aka didn't read the letters or anything related to the bible, cause I need to return it to the library (I was supposed to do it last week, but God will forgive me 🙏)

forced myself to listen/read only because I bought the 3rd and 4th book before reading this and discovering I found it annoying as hell 👍

I have a thing now that I don't actually finish the book and ignore the last chapters...

It's great, it had me smiling like an idiot the entire story, but when it felt done, I just pretended it was really done

in the begging I was in my 'book slump vibes' - so my soul was pure hatred - the middle made me cure that, but the ending had me not even reading all the said letters... yay, books

wtf...
at the end, chuck tells us that firstly it was a 7 page short story, and I wish I'd read that version of the book instead

repetitive at times, really weird prose (which means bad writing), apparently you're supposed to magically know when the narrador is thinking or actually talking, I could keep listing thinks I hated (even more objectively to the story), but I'm tired and I wasted enoug of my time with this shit

I was planning on watching the movie right after the book, but all I wanna do is forget the existence of this
