Definitely enjoyed this one more than book 1. Definitely don't love the age gap between Frank and Hazel. But, I can already tell this series is going to be a favourite! The books may be bigger but boy, do I binge them quickly!

I don't know why but I really thought I was going to love this book with my entire heart and soul and that it would be my favourite in the series. Unfortunately, while I still enjoyed it, I liked books 2 and 3 more.

I have no problems with age gaps, but why did she have to be 21??? She wasn’t even finished uni yet…

Welp I just devoured this entire trilogy in 12 hours...

I really loved how this felt a bit more grown up (NA) than the Stalking Jack The Ripper series (YA). Reading this trilogy has made me really hope that we see Kerri Maniscalco write an adult book/series in the future, I’m convinced I’d eat it up!

I definitely think book 2 was my favourite but I really enjoyed this one too. Where in book 2 basically nothing happened, in this one it sort of felt the same but also so much happened. I’ll be honest, I was listening to the audiobook while going about my day and getting ready for bed, so I think a bit went over my head toward the end but, I did still have a great time reading this and guessing all of the twists so I absolutely can’t wait to read whatever Kerri Maniscalco writes next!

I really think that if you’re a fan of Neon Gods or the A Court of Thorns and Roses series you would love this trilogy!

Not a whole lot actually happened for like, 90% of this book except for romance development but I was having a great time so I really don't care rn. I'm also happy to say that I predicted the plot twists and reveals, but I did really enjoy this book and I'm so happy that I decided to binge the trilogy because I cannot wait to read book 3 immediately. This is honestly making me want to pick up more fantasy romances asap!

This was an absolute joy to read!!! Ignoring Halloween and reading a Christmas romance was exactly what I needed today!

I got a little lost in the middle there but this was genuinely so odd and so much fun that I definitely think I'll be continuing this series!

Only Mariana Zapata could write a superhero book and have me actually enjoy it. And on that same note, only Mariana Zapata could write a 638 page book and make me drop everything to immediately start reading it with my eyes, no less. I had an absolute blast reading this and I already know it's going on my roster of annual MZ rereads as soon as we get an audiobook!
