Who Is Alice? by Miranda Manning

Half marks for me initially I enjoyed it but it was honestly about 100 pages too long in my opinion.

I felt that the epilouge went on and on and could have wrapped up much quicker, and there was a lot of detail about side characters that didn't really need extra storyline and didn't really go anywhere/add anything.

This is a young adult book, it's not made for me, I definitely found this to be very simple and not a challenge.

I enjoyed this book, but it felt really similar to her first book only that this one was water and the previous one was about bees. It didn't feel new to me but the story was good, and I liked the characters and I was mostly rooting for them.

I raced through this book but it was a very hard going book, I liked the way Emily weaved the story and kept you guessing but if it was any longer I would have lost patience. It felt repetitive in parts and I don't really know what it was that didn't make it a big win for me.

It's a 28 page book telling a story her grandma told her about her life.

The picture at the end is cute.

Liked this.

Found this interesting in parts but towards the end I felt he lost me.

I didn't think a club king would be relatable but felt out of touch and perhaps bitter at the end.

I enjoyed the bits about the club's and what made them great and the operational challenges of running mega clubs.

Thought this was a good enough book, I enjoyed parts of it but towards the end I kind of fell out of love with it, I'm not sure what it was but it just didn't grab me.

Solid book, enjoyed this, I think I mostly enjoyed the bits from the perspective of Ivan, though Peter's story was juicer.

I was a little bit insulted when I found out Margaret's age as 37 year old woman, when Margaret was being described initially I thought she was like 50. BRUTAL Rooney, Brutal.

Anyway, enjoyed this immensely and thought it was a good Rooney. If you like that sort of thing, it's more of it for sure.

This was fine, I don't think it really rocked my world, but it was a good holiday read.
