Important topic, but I was surprised to read a majority of examples the author gave were more requests/ demands than actual boundaries. An important thing I've learned is that boundaries are for ourselves (actions we promise ourselves we will carry out if our boundaries are violated), not for other people, so I was a bit bothered by this.
