This book is fabulous. This book was decadent, indulgent, rich and textured. I could see the streets and taste the food and feel the ocean. It was 70% descriptions of Europe and food and wine and the rest was an absolutely perfect love story. This book is queer and horny and gorgeous. 

(It lost .25⭐️ because the descriptions of wine and food pairings started to lose me  towards the middle but then the story took off again at the half way mark.)

If the first book was amazing this second book blew me away. I loved every character and every moment and was left cheering and shaking with anticipation for what will happen next! The characters feel so real, their ambition and annoyance and anger all working together to create complex and compelling people!

Kinda wish I hadn’t read this book. I liked the chatacters and found the plot interesting but I just don’t think vampires are my vibe and the sex just gave me the *ick*.  Can’t un-read that…
