I had such a fun time with this one! I’m a sucker for books about being on the road so it was already going to be a hit for me. I thought it was really awesome how they tackled real issues that were sensitive, but also could be relevant to the middle grade reader. I did have some issues towards the end with some of the plot point decisions but I really had a fun time with this one overall.

Another fantastic book by Emily Henry. Really enjoyed all the great rep, including mental illness and grief. If you like a romantic book, you’ll love this.

This was so good??? Did not expect how much depth there would be in a book with the topic being allergies. I loved the relatable issues that an older elementary school kiddo might deal with. Also loved how fully realized the family dynamics were! Would recommend for any school library.

this was perfectly fine! got some good laughs, but I would have liked a bit more depth and cohesion with the memoir elements! not sure if this book knew what it was trying to be.

A monumental account of all things sexism in the country music industry. The author was incredibly thorough in their research and had a lot of amazing accounts of the topics being discussed.

This was pretty informative for the most part, I did struggle with some of the formatting in the book itself. I wish that there were even MORE native viewpoints. Beautiful photography as well, you can tell a lot went in to making this book.
