If you’re looking for a cute Halloween novella, this is the one! It’s a perfect follow up to Witchfished with great ADHD rep and a fun mystery subplot!! Absolutely loved this book! Another hit from EF Watson!

I absolutely love Catharina Maura’s books and this was no different. Archer and Serenity have such a fun story with the stereotypical alpha hole that reels ya in. I love how many incredible tropes were wrapped into this story and how each character was given a unique storyline. I also like that the third act breakup was necessary and not just because of miscommunication!! AND when Ezra figured everything out, he was super chill about it rather than being a d!ck to his friend or sister. All around an easy 5 star from Cat Maura again!!

This book has got it all. A perfect blend of spice, chemistry, banter, mystery, and romance. Vivian and Chris are such a fun couple and I just love them so much. The murder mystery sub-plot is so much fun because it adds a little bit more of a whodunnit to the story. It keeps you engaged the whole time and the pacing is fantastic. I absolutely cannot wait for the next book in Darlington!!

Did not finish book. Stopped at 17%.
Not actually a romance with an HEA. Couldn’t connect to the characters or the story line.

This book has so many twists and turns. I was STRESSED for so much of it!! Worried about Kim, concerned about how she was going to deal with her evolving feelings, concerned about her cover, and then to top it off, the ending!! Kimi and her chemistry with Lorcan was SO GOOD but also her past constantly busting in and creating problems for the bubbling feelings was such a punch in the gut to be like “wait, remember this can’t happen”.

SUCH a good undercover/mafia book. It was just what I needed and I’m so grateful for the ARC!

If you’re looking for 300 pages of holiday filth, this is the book for you. I read it in less than a day and I WILL NOT BE SHAMED FOR IT 😂 It’s got k!nk exploration, a bi-awakening, and polyamory fun! The dynamic between Nathan, Morgan, and Fox is really wonderful and it’s beautiful to see each character flourish. It’s a little insta-lovey but honestly, I don’t mind that. I absolutely love Kayla’s writing and this was another hit in my opinion!!

And with that…it is the end of our journey to Sutten Mountain. Liv and Dean (and Clara) were the perfect story for the end of this series. Glimpses of Dean and his background throughout the first two books give the reader just enough crumbs to demand an HEA for such a grumpy man. New to town, open to making friends, and a new job, Liv is the perfect match for Dean and Clara. Both Dean and Liv are dealing with so much in their own head it just makes you hurt for them but I’m glad they work everything out together rather than push each other away.

The way Kat makes you feel all the character emotions so vividly is just incredible. I’m sad that we won’t be returning for any new stories in Sutten Mountain but cannot wait to see what comes next!

Really enjoyed this book! The chemistry between the characters was incredible, the entire F1 team was like a family, and I really loved the back stories of both characters. Phaedra is somewhat unlikable at times but honestly who isn’t. She knows that she has faults and issues and everyone definitely needs some therapy 😅 but overall I really enjoyed it!!
